Refund Policy

  • Subject to these terms, we offer a refund on the Services.
  • Our refund period lasts up to 14 business days if you cancel the service before the end of the service.
  • If time of service is expired, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
  • Before Expiry of Service, Service must be cancelled you/Airline/IRCTC/Hotel Management and no part will be of this service will not be use for legal purpose in future.
  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of receiving of Service.
  • Services have been made or personalised for you, they are non refundable after expiry of sevice. Please be sure to confirm all services prior to purchasing.
  • If you need to cancel any service, connect with us through email/call on our contact email address on this website.
  • Once your refund is received us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation Request, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for Service Charge, Cancellation & Changes Fees at your own costs, it will be deducted from your refund.
  • All types of Service Charges are non-refundable. If you receive any discount during any booking, at cancellation this about amount will be deduct from your refund.
